Stick & Puck Rules:

All ages are welcome.

Participants must show proof of registration.

All attendees on the ice surface must be registered through PickupHub

All attendees are required to wear full hockey equipment.

No shinny, Scrimmages, games, slap shots, formal instruction or goalies during Stick & Puck.

Attendees must bring own puck.

Gates must be kept closed during Stick & Puck session

Chairs, skate aids, and strollers are not permitted during Stick & Puck

Stick & Puck is an opportunity to work individually on stickhandling and shooting skills.
